Meet the Team
Coach kris (she/her)
Co-Founder and CoachNASM-certified personal trainer specializing in strength training, barbell, and meal planning that tastes good. Whether you're just starting to work out or are looking to level up your current routine, her goal is to make working out easier and more accessible to everyone. As a queer woman, she knows first-hand that weightlifting can be an intimidating space to enter. Every class is an opportunity for you to feel better, stronger, and more balanced.

As a Trans man who's also a person of color, weightlifting has helped him lift a lot of heavy barriers in life. He's been in the gym since he was 15 years old, and can remember the gym atmosphere being very intimidating and oftentimes feeling misrepresented. He created Muscle Mommies in hopes to bridge that gap. The root of it all was Strength, Queer Visibility, and Community. He truly believes everyone deserves to feel strong and confident in their authentic identities and bodies. He is very fortunate and grateful to have developed something so accessible and affordable for those in his community. Thank you to everyone who has supported and helped make this possible.
